FAQ'S


AM I ACTUALLY LOCKED IN A ROOM?

   No. You will be in a room with a closed door. Feel free to exit and enter as much as you like. But the clock does not stop counting down! And no, leaving the room doesn’t count as ‘escaping.’ Urban Escape Rooms adventures are monitored by security cameras, allowing us to easily assist you if you have any difficulties.


CAN I USE MY SMARTPHONE?

   We do not permit photos or videos to be taken inside our rooms or allow cell phones to interrupt game play.


IS THERE AN AGE LIMITS?

   Our escape games are designed for persons over the age of 11. Participants who are 11 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult. Children will need a parent, guardian, or adult chaperon's signature on a waiver in order to play the game.


WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

   Guests should arrive 15 minutes ahead of their scheduled reservation in order to check in and receive the game briefing. Unfortunately, if you are late, it will take valuable minutes off your game time, minutes that could cost your success. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, your booking will automatically be cancelled. All sales are final. Our game is a live event, so once a booking is confirmed, refunds and cancellations are not accepted.


DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING/CAN I PREPARE?

   No. Everything you need will be in the room. Casual, comfortable clothes are recommended.


WILL OTHER PEOPLE BE IN THE ROOM WITH MY GROUP? 

  The group maximum size for each of our Escape Rooms is 8 people. The Challenge rooms can have a maximum of 6 people per room but since these are two identical rooms we can do teams of six to total 12 people. If your group is less than the maximum size additional team groups may book a spot with you. Who knows, you could make life-long friends! You can reserve the rooms as a private group though, just chose “Private Event” on the booking page to book the entire room for yourselves. 


WHAT'S IT COST?

    The cost is $25 per player for our 60 minute rooms and $15 per player for our 30 minute challenge rooms.


WHAT IF MY TEAM CAN'T GET OUT IN TIME?

   We want you to have fun! We will offer you hints along the way to keep you moving. Everything for your team to be successful is located in the rooms, but with that being said, our rooms wouldn’t be fun and rewarding without a challenge! If you and your team are not able to complete that room's task in the allotted time frame, we encourage you to come back and test your skill in one of our other rooms.


IS IT SCARY?

   No. Our rooms are designed to be challenging not scary or claustrophobic. There may be some dim or blinking lights.


DO YOU ACCEPT PHONE BOOKINGS/WALK-INS?

    We accept online, phone, and walk-in bookings but we highly encourage our customers to make an advance reservation to secure the desired game and time slot. You don't want someone to book the time you want before you walk-in. Please visit us during operating hours to book in-person or by phone.


WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

   All sales are final. However, you may reschedule your booking if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, your booking will automatically be cancelled and no refund given. No refund will be provided if you cancel your booking less than 24 hours of your allotted time or a no-show.


CAN I HAVE MORE PLAYERS THAN THE MAXIUM ROOM SIZE? 

  Unfortunately, our rooms are designed for a minimum and maximum number of players. If you have more than the room maximum, we suggest splitting up into teams and booking another room as well.


HOW DO I BOOK A LARGE GROUP/CORPORATE EVENT?
